How to Fight the Common Cold or Flu with Herbs

Sore Throat: Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Goldenseal, Ashwaganda, Echinacea, Myrrh, Licorice, Ginger, Sheep Sorrel, and Galangal.

Runny Nose: Stinging Nettle, Ginger, Goldenseal, and Peppermint.

Fatigue or Malaise: Eleuthero, Echinacea, Peppermint, Licorice, Ashwagandha, and Ginseng.

Sneezing: Stinging Nettle, Ginger, and Eucalyptus.

Cough: Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Eleuthero, Echinacea, Myrrh, Licorice, Ginger, and Galangal.

Aches and Pains: Galangal, Stinging Nettle, Myrrh, Echinacea, Reishi, Eucalyptus, Goldenseal, Astragalus, and Ashwagandha.

Congestion: Ginger, Licorice, Eucalyptus, and Peppermint.

Fever: Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Echinacea, Ginger, Elder Berry, Sheep Sorrel, and Gentian.

Lack of Sleep: Peppermint, Ashwagandha, and Myrrh.
